Programming

This site is dedicated to creating a portfolio of programs that I have completed and wish to publish.  Now, at this point I have only been programming for about six months.  The first 3-4 months I concentrated on learning Java, but my classes are now focusing on C++, which has been an interesting turn for me.  It has been exciting to learn about programming and it has been exciting trying to solve the problems which are given to me.  My knowledge is still limited but I am learning quickly and I hope to become very good at this as fast as I can.  I figure the only way to do that is to write program after program.  

I will post my programs on this website as a sort of portfolio.  Most of these programs are assignments given to me, so I wouldn't call any of them original ideas.  Just programs that help teach the basics.  At least for now, that is.


As I post these programs, I would like to hear about what you think of the programs.  I want to know how you think I can improve them.  I am here to learn and to have my programs criticized or praised if they're good.  As long as I learn something this will have been a good thing for me.

All that said, if you have an idea for something that I can program and you think it is within the capabilities shown from my portfolio, please tell me what it is and I will attempt to program it.  I am happy to get new ideas for things to do, as my assignments don't always keep me super busy.
